Pay Before Late Fees Start
AutoBidMaster requires payments from international buyers by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on the second business day after the sale date.
Late payments currently attract a $50 fee for each business day the payment remains outstanding.
If the purchase is not completed, the vehicle may be relisted. You could lose your security deposit and be charged a relist fee equal to the greater of $600 or 10% of the vehicle price, plus the applicable AutoBidMaster transaction fee.

How AutoBidMaster Works

Register and Select a Membership
Create an AutoBidMaster account and choose a membership based on how many vehicles you intend to buy and your expected bid amount. A free Guest membership is available, while paid plans provide higher bid limits, live-auction access and the ability to purchase more vehicles.

Place Your Security Deposit
You need a refundable security deposit before bidding. The minimum deposit is currently $600. Your deposit determines your Buyer Power, with the deposit generally representing 10% of the maximum amount you want to bid.

Find and Bid on a Vehicle
Search the available Copart inventory through AutoBidMaster. Review the vehicle photographs, title type, damage, location, sale date and estimated fees before placing your bid.
4.
Receive Your Invoice
When you win, AutoBidMaster sends an invoice containing the vehicle price, auction charges, transaction fees and payment instructions. This final invoice, not only your winning bid is the amount you need to pay.
5.
Pay and Arrange Shipping
Complete the invoice payment, upload your payment receipt and arrange collection or international shipping before storage charges begin.

Add the beneficiary exactly as it appears on the AutoBidMaster invoice. Provide the invoice, lot number and any supporting payment instructions required for review.
Upload the Invoice and Beneficiary Details
Transfer Naira from your Nigerian bank account into your Clea account. You do not need to source USD separately or ask someone in the United States to make the payment.

Is AutoBidMaster free to use?
AutoBidMaster has a free Guest membership. The Guest plan allows one active preliminary bid at a time and one vehicle purchase with a maximum bid of $1,200. You must place a refundable security deposit of at least $600 before bidding. Buyers who want to join live auctions, bid above the Guest limit or purchase more vehicles need a paid membership.
Is AutoBidMaster legit?
AutoBidMaster is a registered Copart broker that has operated since 2009. It provides public and international buyers with access to dealer-only Copart auctions, along with document and shipping services.
